About the Inspector
Jay Nicodemus is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector (OCHI #1787), and a licensed general contractor (CCB #225364). Jay has over 20 years of experience including construction, property management, and building maintenance. Because of this extensive experience Jay can offer a comprehensive home inspection with an easy to understand, in-depth report.
